Kalapaki Beach
3610 Rice Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii

Enjoy the simple pleasures of island life at Kalapaki Beach. This quaint, crescent-shaped beach has all the facilities you need without the imposing, large-scale developments. Rent a paddleboard, boogie board, surfboard, or kayak and hit the water (lessons are included with some rental packages), or simply lounge on the sand under the palms and, when the mood strikes, grab a bite at one of the many restaurants conveniently located along the beach. You can also bring your own grub and picnic at the adjacent Nawilwili Park. Both locals and tourists agree that Kalapaki Beach is the perfect spot for some good old fashioned, no frills fun.
