Teddy Bear World
2155 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii
Looking for a place that’ll provide the kiddies with hours of entertainment? Then we highly suggest Teddy Bear World in Honolulu. Even if you’re kids think they’re too old to play with teddies, we think they’ll dig this unique 20,000 square-foot museum with over 800 animatronic bears in a variety of different galleries. For example, the Wonders of America Gallery features teddy bears in super cool, miniaturized U.S. locales like Times Square, Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, the Golden Gate Bridge, and much more. In the Elvis Theater, you’ll see an all-teddy-bear musical production of an Elvis Presley concert, and in Dinosaur Park you’ll encounter toy bears frolicking with Pterodactyls and T-rexes in prehistoric Hawaii. Plus, you’ll see a museum of antique teddies as well as a chance for kids to design their own bears to take home.
